Job Responsibilities1. System Support and Issue Resolution: Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues related to the Navision 2016 (mainly C/AL Programming) Learn and provide first-level application support for Brunel’s other business applications, especially those that are integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016. Provide basic support to the users on Jet Reports usage, design and troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement system improvements.2. Knowledge in basic accounting and finance-related concepts such as basic General Ledger, Accruals, Account Receivables and Account Payables postings and reporting/analysis.
