Essential skills and knowledge 

**Essential:** - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager in the engineering sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong working knowledge of project management databases and tools (experience is essential)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

**Desirable:** - Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, APMP, or equivalent)
- Engineering-related qualification or background - Experience managing complex or large-scale engineering projects
