Introduction

Brunel zoekt een ervaren PMO Manager voor een grote publieke organisatie in transformatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, implementeren en verbeteren van PPM-governance, processen en de centrale PMO, in samenwerking met gedecentraliseerde PMO's.

What are you going to do

  • Opzetten en structureren van PPM-governance (Prince2)
  • Implementeren en verbeteren van PPM-processen en methodologieën (Prince2 + Agile)
  • Aansturen van de centrale PMO (portfolio, prioritering, capaciteit, roadmap)
  • Opvolgen van budgetten, risico's, KPI's en afhankelijkheden
  • Ontwikkelen van rapportering en dashboards (Power BI)
  • Implementatie en adoptie van PPM-tools
  • Begeleiden van stakeholders (PM's, Product Owners, PMO's)
  • Faciliteren van governance meetings en workshops
  • Actief bijdragen aan change management en continue verbetering

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner
  • Ervaring met PPM governance en het opzetten van een PMO
  • Ervaring als PMO Manager in complexe organisaties
  • Ervaring binnen een publieke of parapublieke context
  • Kennis van Agile (Scrum)
  • Ervaring met PPM-tools en implementaties
  • Ervaring met data-driven reporting (KPI's, Power BI)
  • Sterk transversaal leiderschap en stakeholdermanagement
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een plus)
