We are seeking a Sales Engineer / Application Engineer - Transformers to support the technical and commercial development of transformer solutions for industrial and energy-sector clients. In this role, you will act as the key technical interface between customers, sales teams, and engineering departments, ensuring that transformer solutions are tailored to meet specific project requirements.
Sales Engineer/Application Engineer ul li Someone who understand the sales process li Some who is technical but also had good communication skills li TBD on who will be reporting to li Comp will be around $150k li Current sales engineers/sales ops are in India /ul Facts about AYR: ul li They are manufacturing in India li They are FEOC compliance li They are planning to open a manufacturer in the next 24 months but nothing is secured at the moment. li 24 ppl in total in India li Not working with other agencies and not intending to bring others li No benefits at the moment so they will cash comp for healthcare. They are planning to get in the next 3-4 months li PTO -10-15 days /ul Interview processes: ul li They are still shaping the processes, but it will be around 3 ppl and one of them being in India li Send CVs to Ani first and he will distribute them /ul

Requirements include:
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in transformers, power systems, or electrical equipment.
Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or proposal engineering is an advantage.
Strong understanding of transformer technology, power transmission, and electrical grids.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in an international and customer-focused environment.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage depending on the region.
