Ideally seeking an individual located commutable to the mine site. If not local, will considering someone on rotation providing $200/day stipend to cover costs of lodging, food and transportation. . In this role, you will lead workload activities by planning, scheduling, measuring and analyzing maintenance activities at the mine site with site supervisor. Duties: Lead workload activities of the assigned department by planning, scheduling, measuring, and analyzing Maintenance activities in collaboration with site supervisors. Plan, schedule, and analyze execution to generate successful resolution of issues. Manage and maintain the integrity of the information management systems to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives. Under the guidance of the Equipment Reliability Standards (ERS) interact with the Supervisor in the assigned area to establish and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities. Conduct and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders. Review, prioritize and schedule work orders. Responsible for "Runtime Forecasting" process execution and outcomes in assigned area. Provide guidance and mentor Planner I personnel in company practices in addition to sound planning and scheduling techniques. Support the area Supervisor in all facets of job preparation, execution and follow up as prescribed by the company standards, including time spent "in the field" to ensure readiness and availability of materials and equipment resources. Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules for assigned activities. Maintain these schedules in the management system (SAP). Collaborate with other Planners and first line supervisors in the long-range planning and scheduling for planned major production shutdowns and long-range planning, including but not limited to, job identification, job priority, resource requirements, materials requirements, budget forecasts and interdepartmental coordination. Responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of information in the management system (SAP) to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives in assigned area. Execute, establish, and maintain a history for all assigned activities in the management system (SAP). Engage with onsite Global Supply Chain to control warehouse minimum/maximum levels and appropriate storage conditions of materials and parts. Support execution of contracts by preparing scopes of work for internal and external jobs. Initiate requests for parts and materials. Interface with Global Supply Chain department but may deal directly with vendors for the provision of services and equipment. Assist with maintenance management decisions, including departmental budgets and weekly forecasting. Ensure adequate forecasting of large dollar maintenance materials to meet maintenance and financial requirements. Generate regular and ad hoc reports for site management to help measure key performance indicators. Perform other duties as needed.

Contract: On Contract Role. As a Engineer, you will design and engineer state-of-the-art radio solutions, closely integrated with several other networks, telecom and operational systems. Each project is tailored to meet the unique requirements of our clients, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge, customized solutions. Your tasks will include but are not limited to: Design radio systems for Marine and Aeronautical systems that are in line with regulatory authorities and client requirements. Deliver mission critical communication systems based on DMR and TETRA radio technologies including design for radio coverage in confined areas. Design, document and verify radio systems performance with the use of state-of-the-art calculation tools. Support our clients with broadband radio technologies supported by 4G and 5G private radio networks including core and RAN design. Provide input and early design to our tender team for above mentioned radio systems. Participating in or leading the detail designs, incl. Front End Engineering Designs. Programming, configurations and equipment testing before Factory Acceptance Tests. Following up on subcontractors' designs, securing technical requirements and interface management. Supporting and interacting with subcontractors, customers and other teams across the organization, such as Telecom Service and the Tender team. Requirements : You are a detail-oriented and structured engineer with a curious and analytical mindset. In addition, you have a proactive and organised approach to your work and thrive in a workday with lots of variation and teamwork. To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications: At least 5 years' experience configuring and designing different radio systems. A degree in electronic, telecommunications engineering or similar. Fluency in English, verbal and written. Experience with the offshore energy industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
