System Support and Issue Resolution: Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues related to the Navision 2016 (mainly C/AL Programming) Learn and provide first-level application support for Brunel’s other business applications, especially those that are integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016. Provide basic support to the users on Jet Reports usage, design and troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement system improvements.2. System Analysis and Configuration: Engage, interact and co-ordinate with application stakeholders, which includes business users, other IT colleagues and external consultants on matters such as issues/requirements clarifications, solutions presentation and training on system features Potentially required to play some parts in various application projects related to, but not limited to, the current Microsoft Dynamics 2016 installations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade. The role in projects may vary including, but not limited to, requirements gathering & analysis, internal & user testing, user training, data migration tasks, documentation and go-live supports.3. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. Provide guidance and support to end users regarding system functionality, best practices, and process improvements.What We Expect of You Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Technology Minimum 3 years of experience in projects involvement and/or user support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (or formerly called, Navision) with active development (programming) roles. Knowledge in basic accounting and finance-related concepts such as basic General Ledger, Accruals, Account Receivables and Account Payables postings and reporting/analysis. Skill and experience in Jet Reports, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel is an advantage Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
